After congratulating her guest, Valerie Sheppard on the awards that her book has garnered, Living Happy to Be Me! Dancing Your Soul Lightstyle, Sharon asks her what could have resonated with the people and Valerie whose passion is life mastery says that people are stimulated by the energy of the book and that the wisdom it shares is accessible.
Then, she shares the story of her catastrophic stroke and how she came out of it with a can-do attitude. She also says that it’s a blessing and Sharon adds that it is also a demonstration of the power of intention and commitment.
