This episode is mostly about Dr. Linda Lancaster’s book “Harmonic Healing: Restore Your Vital Force for Lifelong Wellness.”

They open the show by defining what harmonic healing is. She talks about the vital force that makes us alive. She talks about medical radiesthesia.

0:08:59.5 She says that since the vital force keeps us alive, our part is to take care of it and nourish it; and one of the major things that she talks about in the book is the nourishment of that force.

She shares tips on how to keep it clean and well-nourished and that it’s important to eat clean food.

0:12:20.6 Here, they talked about negative radiations from people which is also not good for the vital force and that some form of meditation and movement is nourishing to the vital force.

0:17:20.4 Dr. Linda describes parasites from the perspective of Ayurveda taking into consideration the five elements and how they relate to parasites.

0:22:02.4 They delved into issues regarding digestion to which Dr. Linda says that she focuses more on the liver as being the fire of digestion. They talked about how we’re taking in the food and blessing the food affects the pancreas.

The talk now is more about food and food allergies and that there is no perfect diet, that every diet is individualized and that the most important thing is to get clean food and cook it properly.
