Listen to “A Chat Among Friends: Insights On Living Well With Autoimmune” on Spreaker.
In this episode, I catch up with patient advocate and friend Kristal Kent. It’s a free-flowing conversation we recently had about our best learnings from our wellness journey to thrivers and advocacy. Just some of what we chat about is:
• The power of sharing stories of ‘invisible illness’
• How to talk about your diagnosis
• Your diagnosis is not your identity
• Uncovering medical ‘gaslighting’
• Inexpensive wellness and well-being hacks and more…
