After a long list of impressive things to describe Cheryl Hanly, Sharon says that she is a believer in truth and health, an absolute conduit for healing who believes in the miraculous healing potential of the human body.
0:03:11.8 Sharon starts out by asking Cheryl to tell her story as to how she got into what is known as “bioburden” to which Cheryl explains that she was always in search for ways that could notch up her patients’ healing process. And that quest led her to the stealth pathogens.
0:07:31.2 After saying that if she were to preach in a pulpit, toxicity and deficiency are the two big things, Sharon asks her about the very first things that she tell people to look at when they’re experiencing what Sharon calls “common autoimmune-looking complaints.” And her answer, again, is “toxins” ─ the poisons we are getting into our body ─ that seem to be in everything.
0:12:51.1 At this point, Sharon says it’s time to talk about that scary word “stealth pathogens,” the covert invaders that live in our body, wreaking havoc when stimulated.
They go through how to measure a person’s bioburden, the types of stealth pathogens, and how difficult it is to find and eradicate them.
0:20:49.6 Dr. Cheryl now talks about a conundrum because antibiotics that are used to treat bacterial infections actually feed stealth pathogens. They go into the idea of “antibiotic resistance” to which Dr. Cheryl says that we have to go back to Mother Nature medicine. And she says that essential oils eradicate bacteria.
0:26:21.5 Now, they talk about how important nutrition is. And to quote Dr. Cheryl, “Nutrition is everything. You feed the body and the body will heal and repair itself. But you have to feed the body real food. And real food isn’t synthesized.”
0:37:40.8 Down to the last ten minutes of the show, Dr. Cheryl shares what she would love everybody to know and that is “The healthier your body is, the happier you are… and the happier you are, the happier our society is. Health is not a destination. It’s a journey.”
Finally, they talk about Dr. Cheryl’s ebook Wellness Hacks: Little Changes Make a Big Difference and how to get in touch with her.
