How ‘Showing Up’ is Part of the Healing Process

On this episode of The Autoimmune Hour, Sharon Sayler chats with Terry Wildemann, founder of the consulting business, Intuitive Leadership®. When you listen in, you’ll discover how to create more in-depth opportunities to heal by being real about your vulnerabilities, showing up authentically and transparently, ‘coming-out-of-your-fear-closet,’ and even being okay saying things like ‘Yes, I use my intuition’ or ‘I talk with angels.’

Terry shares how when she opened up to the world who she authentically is, everything changed, in the right way…. Now, she has taken the skills she developed by overcoming her own health challenges to help entrepreneurs and professionals show up as who they authentically are.

Terry’s message will show you how to more deeply heal body, mind, and soul, including how you can learn to trust your intuition for self-connection, integration, and self-care. Learn more about Terry at And prepare to be intrigued, available now at
