She has been living with Multiple Sclerosis since 1995, and continues to defy the statistics given her diagnosis — having been told that she would be in a wheelchair and blind within ten years, to this day, 20+ years later, she maintains an active and physical lifestyle. From her personal experience and immense education in the field of healing the mind-body-spirit Sonia now shows her client’s how they can live well with autoimmune too.

About Sonia Trejo

A dedicated student of yoga for more than twenty years, Sónia is an Integrative healing practitioner and partners with some of the most brilliant “out-of-the-box” thinkers in neurosciences, physical therapy, kinesiology and integrative medical doctors to help her clients heal from the inside out.

As a woman living with Multiple Sclerosis since 1995, Sónia continues to defy the statistics given her diagnosis. Having been told that she would be in a wheelchair and blind within ten years, to this day, she maintains an active and quite physical lifestyle and client base. Realizing the immense benefits that mind-body-spirit play in staying healthy, she left her career in fashion design of twenty-three years to pursue her studies in health and wellness full time.

For the past twelve years Sónia has followed her passion: to inspire women struggling with MS and other chronic autoimmune diseases and teach them how to turn their seemingly insurmountable challenges into opportunities and achieve their greatest potential. Sónia is an active cyclist, hiker, dancer and active board member of the nonprofit Heartfelt Foundation, the International Coaching Federation and the M.S. Society.
