Highly Sensitive People, Energy and Healing

Are you ever called “Woo-Woo?” Too sensitive? For many of us talking about our intuitive energy and KNOWING how we feel (not just physically) is too often dismissed as insignificant in our healing process by professionals, but how can they know… if we don’t know how to tell them….

Linda Binns, this week’s guest for The Autoimmune Hour on Life Interrupted Radio, will share with us ways we can manage our energy, how to honor our special intuitive gifts, how to advocate for our selves, and how to respect and honor your healing process if you are a highly sensitive person.

In this episode, Sharon Sayler welcomes Linda Binns. Linda Binns is the Breakthrough Energy Expert. She helps overwhelmed, overworked and stressed professionals and business owners get out of their own way so they can create the life experiences they want and enjoy the process. She shows people how to go from stuck to unstoppable. She is the author of 7 books on energy and appears monthly on the AM Northwest television show in Portland, Oregon, as their Resident Energy Expert.

Linda has a Bachelors’ Degree in Holistic Nutrition, Diplomas in Nutritional Medicine, Irididology, Aromatherapy, and Kinesiology. She is a Reiki Master and qualified Feng Shui practitioner.

Linda will share with you:

  • Simple ways to use manage your energy to enhance your health and reduce stress
  • How to incorporate and appreciate your energy awareness and sensitivity into your everyday life
  • How to share with others what you need and be open to receive
  • And that it’s okay to be a highly sensitive person! Did you know 20% (that’s 1/5th) of the population is highly sensitive…? So, you are not alone.

Plus so much more….

About Your Host, Sharon Sayler

Your host, Sharon Sayler is a certified executive and wellness coach, communications trainer, public speaker, best selling author, and the founder of Competitive Edge Communications who specializes in teaching professionals critical nonverbal and body language skills including how to have those critical “tough” conversations. She teaches how to up-your-impact on the stage, in the boardroom, with clients, customers, team members and even how to deal with difficult people.

Now, she's taken those skills, her passion for clear and competent communication, her own experience dealing with a rare medical condition and her frustration with the medical community in understanding what it is like to have a chronic and complicated medical condition to teach others to become courageous self-advocates so they too can turn life transitions into triumphs. One way she spreads the word is through the podcast and videocast called The Autoimmune Show: Inspiring hope and help for those with autoimmune.
